We understand losing an essential password to a system can be very frustrating, and that it is often critical that the password is recovered very quickly. We ask that you understand our position, that due to the diversity of systems, configurations, hardware platforms and either complexity of passwords or perhaps corrupted password files, we aren't always successful or that our service may take longer than the average of ten minutes. Please be assured that we will try and assist in every case, but that we are not able to help in all occassions.
