Upload passwords for decryption
- Please follow the instructions below to upload your password file.
- Within minutes you should receive an email notifying you that the passwords have been processed. Alternatively check progress of recovery anytime by selecting the results tab.
- Once your passwords have been decrypted, you then have the option to pay for the service and your passwords will be revealed instantly.
Only a maximum of ten passwords per upload will be accepted
Getting Passwords from a USB stick
Once you have run the CD in the computer that you want passwords for, and have a USB stick containing the results, please do the following:
- Insert the USB stick into this computer
- Click "browse" or "choose file" below, and then select the "upload.xml" file on the USB stick.
- Click Go.
This will upload the password file onto our server so that we can then decrypt it.
We will then send you an email when the password file has been decryted.
Using the old version (prior to September 2009) with password file on a floppy disk?
- Insert the floppy disk into this computer.
- Type A:\UPLOAD.TXT (use appropriate floppy drive letter) into the box below.
- Provide your email address so you can be contacted when the passwords have been recovered.
- Provide an optional access code which will be used to confirm your identity.
- Press Submit.
